Jaywalker Lodge is nestled in the Roaring Fork Valley on Main Street in Carbondale, Colorado. Jaywalker’s recreational programing has access to Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Glenwood springs and Carbondale trail systems, parks and resorts. Our goal with Jaywalker clients is to incorporate recreation in communities other than our home in Carbondale. We travel with our clients to experience recreation and AA in other Colorado communities like Vail, Winter Park, Keystone, Breckenridge, and use the 10^th Mountain Division Hut system on guided trips. Exposure for our clients to learn to travel, recreate, and integrate in different communities is a crucial skill in recovery. We offer safe and supportive programing to take full advantage of the Colorado Rocky Mountains in all seasons.

Stefan Bate, MA, LAC, CCTP Chief Clinical Officer

Stefan Bate, BA, MA, LAC holds a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from Regis University and is a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. Stefan has wide-ranging experience in the field of addiction recovery including: working as a recovery coach, therapist, and program director.
