Jaywalker Lodge is pleased to announce that Kenneth C. Gooding (“KC”) has joined the senior leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer. In his new role, KC reports to CEO Bill Anuszewski, and will oversee Jaywalker’s strategic partnerships, brand development, and clinical outreach. Based in Carbondale, CO, KC will also supervise the admissions, marketing and alumni relations teams at Jaywalker.

KC began working in behavioral healthcare in 2015 and has held roles of Business Development Executive at 449 Recovery in Mission Viejo, California, National Director of Business Development at New Method Wellness in San Juan Capistrano, California and as a National Business Development Representative with Burning Tree Programs in Dallas Texas. KC served these organizations as a brand ambassador, executive level admissions counselor, family support specialist, and professional relations manager.
In addition to these roles, KC creates and leads multiple large-scale events within the behavioral health field including the Recovery Open, Recovery Cup and most recently the inaugural Winter Marketing Summit.
KC has served as state captain for multiple advocacy efforts within the state of California and in Washington, DC. He is a member of the NAADAC public policy committee, NAATP membership committee, served as State of California Lead ASA, and as the president of The California Alliance for State Advocacy (CASA). He actively coordinates legislative involvement at the local, state, and national level. As a dedicated advocate for our industry, he is an invaluable ally for our communities, our families, and our nation at large.
