Jaywalker Lodge, pioneer of the Open Community Model of Care, ™ proudly announces the launch of our first “social enterprise” venture in downtown Carbondale, CO. Jaywalker recently purchased The Blend, an established and popular coffee shop which is located immediately next door to the Jaywalker Alumni/Community Center. The retail business will be managed and staffed by Jaywalker alumni and clients, and all proceeds will be donated to a charity called, A Way Out. A Way Out is a program which supports locals in the Roaring Fork Valley, who are recovering from addiction.
