After the first half of the spring semester comes to an end, the Jaywalker U students head to San Diego to wind down from their first semester back in college sober. Not only is this a great opportunity for the students to relax and take a break from school but also gives them a good lesson in traveling and having some fun.
We started the day bright and early trudging through a foot of fresh snow and now ending the day by watching the sun set into the beautiful ocean with our feet in the sand. It’s been a great start to an awesome spring break despite our new shade of a pinkish/red “tan”. We are off to check out the local recovery scene, there will be more to come from the Jaywalker U students.
