Clean & Sober 21st

Last week Jaywalker U student, Nate F, celebrated his 21^st birthday. For the first time since being a teenager he was able to celebrate a birthday completely clean and sober. Friends of the community, staff, and even his family stopped by Jaywalker U for cake and 30 pounds of fresh east coast lobsters. Happy Birthday Nate; 21 is a tough birthday for a recovering addict, but you made the best of it!

Stefan Bate, BA, MA, LAC holds a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from Regis University and is a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. Stefan has wide-ranging experience in the field of addiction recovery including: working as a recovery coach, therapist, and program director.
