An Evening of Fun, Fashion and Film”
The Jaywalker Lodge family of programs has the incredible opportunity to volunteer, support, and partner with a number of amazing non-profits and service organizations in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. Without a doubt, Colorado Animal Rescue, Inc. (C.A.R.E.) and it’s extraordinary Shelter is one of the finest anywhere. Since opening in 2000, C.A.R.E. has taken in and placed over 11,000 dogs, cats, and exotics in loving homes. The men of our Solutions program have the opportunity to volunteer at the shelter on a weekly basis as part of their therapeutic service work. We will also be also be providing volunteer assistance to help with their 14th annual fundraiser ” Dressed to the K9s”, a fabulous fashion show featuring CARE’s most adorable animals.
On Saturday, September 13th at 5:30PM please join us at The Orchard in Carbondale for a fantastic evening of fashion, fun, food (hors d’oeuvres by Fusion Catering and dessert by Killer Cupcakes), and an inspiring student video presentation from the Isaacson School for New Media at Colorado Mountain College.
