Happy Birthday to our very own Chef Brian! Jaywalker clients and staff agree that Chef Brian’s meals easily top some of the best restaurants around. Brian is an incredibly kind, generous and tolerant man who puts up with staff and clients invading his territory all day—each and every day! Not only does he tolerate us, but his calm demeanor and steady personality provide the “calm amidst the storm.” Brian, we wish you a happy birthday and want to take this opportunity to thank you for all you do for all of us—staff and clients.
