The Annual Jaywalker Thanksgiving Dinner had another great turn-out! Over 70 alums, clients, staff and family members shared this holiday together. Jake W, Greg H , Austin C, Greg M, and Don O all chipped in and cooked an enormous Thanksgiving feast. Happy Thanksgiving to the entire Jaywalker community!

Chef Brian and the food are consistently rated among the best things about Jaywalker and tonight was no exception. Alex C., staff technician, with the help of Alumnus Clif B. and one of our Jaywalker clients volunteered to prepare this evenings traditional Thanksgiving Dinner. They fed over 50 grateful people including the Lodge Clients, Solutions clients and more than 25 local Alumni and staff. The room was filled with gratitude and appreciation for the volunteers and Jaywalker for providing a “home-cooked” Thanksgiving meal and the opportunity…
Today the Jaywalker U students are preparing for Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow. Half of the students have made it home for the holidays while the other half will be spending Thanksgiving with one of the students families. The students are responsible for bringing all of the sides for Thanksgiving Dinner. So far we have: mashed potatoes, sweet potato marshmallow mash, sweet corn soufflé, cornbread, and green bean casserole. Chef Brian’s cooking classes are really coming in handy this holiday season!
