Rage In The Sage

In the spirit of continuing sober accomplishment is recovery Pat S. and Ben M. entered the Rage in the Sage mountain bike race this last weekend.  Ben entered the 24 hour solo single speed men’s division, completing 140 miles in 24 hours.  Pat entered the men’s 12 hour solo division, completing 102 miles and placing 3rd .  As a true endurance event these riders welcome both the physical and mental aspects that the race requires.  Setting personal goals, training, and displaying a willingness to push individual limits in effort to learn more about one’s self is an aspect of recovery that applies in all facets of life.   Keep it up guys!
